The Gilbert Rotary Centennial Observatory (GRCO) is located at the Riparian Preserve at Water Ranch in Gilbert AZ 85234, east of the Southeast Regional Library (southeast corner of Greenfield and Guadalupe Roads). The observatory is open every Friday and Saturday evening at nightfall, September through June. The Gilbert Rotary Centennial Observatory is owned by the Town of Gilbert and operated by the Riparian Institute.
The observatory houses a 16-inch diameter Meade, modified Richey-Cretien scope, guided by a Paramount ME computer controlled German equatorial mount slaved to The Sky professional computer program.

Open to the Public
Friday and Saturday nights from sunset (weather permitting) until 9.30pm. Children under 15 welcome with an adult.
Admission is FREE
The is no admission cost. However as a public service donation is accepted and completely voluntary.
