Halloween Candy Buy Back Around Phoenix East Valley
The Halloween Candy Buyback buys candy from children after Halloween. The program get candy off of the streets and send it in care packages to troops overseas. The troops get a brightened day and often share the candy with locals in a show of trust, sometimes acquiring key intel.
The program have partnered with Operation Gratitude by shipping all the candy donated along with toothbrushes so troops abroad can receive goodies in their Operation Gratitude care packages. Yes!
