2023 Arizona FHA loan limit
The department of Housing Urban Development (HUD) announced an increase FHA loan limit in Arizona for 2023. Starting January 1 2023, the new 2023 FHA loan limit in Arizona for single-family properties in Maricopa county will be $472,030!!! Which means that the minimum purchase price with 3.5% down will be about $489,150 come in January 2023. This is great news for Arizona home buyers planning to use the FHA home loan product to buy a home in 2023.
